On July 11, the Workshop on the Theory and Practice of Flow Cytometry was held at the Faculty of Science, University of Split. Our team members Prof. Dr. Larisa Zoranić and Assist. Prof. Dr. Tomislav Rončević organized the workshop alongside Prof. Dr. Jasna Puizina, while Dr. Iva Stojan and Anamarija Budimir, MSc. Phys. attended the workshop.

The program covered key topics including the fundamental principles and applications of flow cytometry, instrument standardization and quality control, experimental design, compensation and controls, as well as data analysis and presentation.

We were honored to host our invited lecturers: Prof.  Sabrina Pacor, PhD (University of Trieste), Andrea Caporale, PhD (Institute of Crystallography, CNR, Italy), and Prof. Vedrana Čikeš Čulić, MD, PhD (School of Medicine, University of Split). Their expertise and engaging presentations provided participants with a comprehensive overview of modern flow cytometry methodologies and best practices.
